Cocora - RCS

The Cocora 53-kilometer route is an epic journey that begins in the majestic Palm Forest, at the heart of the Cocora Valley. From there, runners dive into a dreamlike landscape, with towering wax palms dominating the horizon. As they progress, the trails lead them through the picturesque towns of Alegrías, Primavera, Villa Paraíso, and Canaán, each offering its own unique perspective on Quindío.

Each town provides a breath of fresh air and an opportunity to connect with the local culture, as runners experience the warmth of its people and the natural beauty surrounding them. Finally, the route ends in Salento, where the kilometers of effort turn into a sense of accomplishment and a deep connection with the nature and culture of Quindío.
