Santa Rita - TSS

This 23 km course starts in the picturesque town of Salento and takes you on a journey that captures the essence of Quindío. From the very first steps, the trail immerses you in the region’s lush nature, guiding you towards the Santa Rita Nature Reserve. Here, runners find a sanctuary of biodiversity, where the sound of the wind through the trees and the birds' songs accompany the physical effort.

The route continues to the Mirador and the iconic Manos de Dios, offering a breathtaking panoramic view: the endless green of the mountains and valleys that seem to stretch to the horizon. Every section of the race invites an inner pause, to admire the vastness of the landscape. Finally, the return to Salento not only closes the geographical loop but also an emotional experience, where body and nature blend into an unforgettable adventure.
